The theoretical part focuses on properties of masonry, properties of timber and methods essential for their appraisal. The practical part deals with planning, performing and assessment of structural-technic survey. In conclusion the bachelor's thesis determines material characteristics based on performed exams, determines composition of ceilings and appraises conditions of timber structures.

Analysis of stabilization of masonry walls on the Štamberk castle ruins
